All materials, handouts, and content provided during our coaching sessions or through our digital products are proprietary and owned by Stride Unapologetically, LLC. These materials may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without the express written consent from Stride Unapologetically, LLC.

Client Expectations and Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Engage actively in the coaching process. Provide timely feedback. Communicate openly during sessions. Prepare adequately for each session as directed. Maintain confidentiality of coaching strategies and discussions. Respect appointment schedules and provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment and Fees

All payments should be made through the accepted platforms as specified on our Site. Our current payment processors include Stripe and any updates or changes to our payment processing options will be communicated through our website.

Refund Policy

Details of our refund policy are as follows:

Payment Plans: Cancellations can be made with no further billing with a 10-business day notice before the next scheduled billing cycle.

Paid in Full: Pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused sessions, minus a 5% cancellation fee, upon receipt of a cancellation request.

Digital Products: All sales for digital products are final due to the nature of the products.

Third-Party Platforms

We utilize third-party platforms such as Zoom and GrooveWebinar for virtual sessions and GrooveMail for email communications. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party platforms.

Legal and Ethical Guidelines

We adhere to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Confidentiality is paramount in our coaching relationships, but it is not protected by law in the same way as it is in medical or legal professions. Exceptions to confidentiality include compliance with legal obligations and concerns about client safety.
