Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
Last Updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, programs, and services operated by Stride Unapologetically™, LLC ("Stride Unapologetically," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services or making a purchase. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, checking a box indicating agreement, or purchasing a Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms presented at checkout or enrollment. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access, purchase, or use the Services.
1. COMPANY AND SERVICES Stride Unapologetically™, LLC is an Illinois personal-development company. These Terms apply to the websites, communications, programs, content, and related services operated by Stride Unapologetically™, LLC, including: • strideunapologetically.com • discover.strideunapologetically.com • explore.strideunapologetically.com • courses.strideunapologetically.com • worthyandworthit.com • Crowdsourcing My Self-Worth Since, Like, Forever • Worthy & Worth It™ • Private audio feeds and content • Program materials • Live personal-development group sessions • Private group-session replays • Related digital services Together, these are referred to as the "Services." Worthy & Worth It™ is an online personal-development program through which the WORTH Star™ system is taught and applied using self-paced content, program materials, and live group sessions. My Empowered Mind is a registered business name of Stride Unapologetically™, LLC but is not currently an active public-facing service governed by these Terms. These Terms will be updated before My Empowered Mind begins offering products or services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use or purchase the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, private-feed links, and access information confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT SCOPE; NOT THERAPY OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE The Services provide personal-development education and practice. The WORTH Star™ is a values-aligned learning and practice system. The Services are not: • Therapy, psychotherapy, or counseling • Mental-health diagnosis or treatment • Trauma treatment or trauma processing • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or care • Crisis intervention or emergency services • Legal advice • Financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice • Clinical services • A substitute for qualified professional support Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship. When abuse, active crisis, medical needs, or clinical mental-health needs are present, appropriate support exists outside the scope of the Services. The Services are not monitored for emergencies. If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
4. WORTHY & WORTH IT™ PURCHASE STRUCTURE Worthy & Worth It™ is sold as one fixed-price program purchase. It is not a month-to-month membership, recurring subscription, or automatically renewing service. The current purchase options are: • Pay in full: $1,997 • Payment plan: three monthly payments of $727, totaling $2,181 The first payment is charged at enrollment. If you select the payment plan, the remaining two payments are automatically charged approximately one month apart to the payment method provided at checkout. The payment plan is a convenience for paying the fixed program price over time. It does not create a right to cancel future installments after the applicable cancellation period has ended or after paid content has been accessed, whichever occurs first. Prices, payment options, and promotional terms may change for future purchasers. The price and payment terms shown and accepted at your checkout govern your purchase.
5. PROGRAM ACCESS Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Worthy & Worth It™ includes 12 months of access beginning on the enrollment date, which is the date the first payment is successfully processed. Completing the payment plan before the end of the access period does not shorten the 12-month access period. Program access is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and subject to these Terms. Access ends at the conclusion of the stated access period unless Stride Unapologetically™ expressly grants an extension in writing. No automatic renewal or alumni continuation is included unless separately offered and accepted under additional terms. Stride Unapologetically™ may grant a limited access extension in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Extensions are not guaranteed and do not alter any payment obligation.
6. LIMITED CANCELLATION RIGHT; REFUND POLICY You may request cancellation within 72 hours after enrollment only if you have not accessed, streamed, downloaded, opened, or otherwise used any paid program content and have not attended a live group session. Your limited cancellation right ends at the earliest of: • 72 hours after enrollment; • Your first access, stream, download, opening, or use of paid program content; or • Your attendance at a live group session. Once the cancellation right ends, the purchase is final and nonrefundable, and the full program price remains due. To request cancellation during the limited cancellation period, email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include the email address used for enrollment. No refund, credit, or cancellation of remaining installments will be provided because of: • Dissatisfaction after accessing the program • Nonparticipation or limited participation • Failure to complete the program • Missed live sessions • Changed personal, professional, or financial circumstances • Loss of interest • Failure to use available access • A decision to withdraw after the cancellation right has ended • A technical issue within your control, including incompatible equipment or failure to maintain internet or email access Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable right or remedy required by applicable law.
7. WITHDRAWAL AFTER THE CANCELLATION PERIOD You may stop participating at any time. Withdrawal does not create a refund, end the fixed purchase obligation, or cancel unpaid installments after the limited cancellation right has ended. If you select the payment plan, all remaining installments remain due even if you stop participating, do not use the Services, or request that your program access be closed.
8. FAILED PAYMENTS If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe or another payment processor may retry the charge. You have 10 calendar days from the failed payment date to bring the account current. We may send payment reminders during that period. If the payment is not cured within 10 calendar days, we may suspend access to the Services. Access may be restored after the overdue amount is successfully paid. Suspension or termination of access due to nonpayment does not cancel the unpaid balance. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid amounts and reasonable collection costs where permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, contact [email protected] so we have a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel the purchase obligation. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may: • Suspend program access while the dispute is pending • Provide Stripe, a financial institution, or another processor with checkout records, accepted terms, access records, communications, and payment history • Terminate access following a fraudulent or improper chargeback • Seek recovery of unpaid balances, processor fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal costs where permitted by law This section does not prevent you from exercising a lawful payment-dispute right.
10. LIVE GROUP SESSIONS Worthy & Worth It™ ordinarily includes monthly live personal-development group sessions during the access period. Session dates, times, facilitator, format, and platform may change. Attendance at a particular date or time is not guaranteed. Attendance is optional. Participants may join late or leave early. Missing a session does not create a refund, credit, additional session, or access extension. If Stride Unapologetically™ cancels a scheduled session, we may reschedule it, provide a replacement session, extend replay availability, or provide another reasonable substitute. We do not guarantee a specific number of sessions if circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent delivery, provided we offer a reasonable substitute for a materially canceled component.
11. RECORDING AND PRIVATE REPLAYS Live group sessions may be audio and video recorded so authorized participants can access private audio replays through Hello Audio. A recording may capture your display name, voice, image if your camera is enabled, questions, comments, and information you voluntarily share. Camera use, verbal participation, chat participation, and personal disclosure are optional. Recording notice and consent may be provided through the enrollment process, these Terms, calendar invitations, session reminders, and notice at the beginning of a recorded session. A session will not be recorded without notice. If you do not consent to being recorded during a particular session, do not remain in the live session after notice that recording will begin. You may access the private audio replay during its availability period, subject to your program access. Private audio replays are ordinarily available to authorized participants for 60 days after the applicable live session. After the 60-day period, participant access ends and the replay is removed from the private feed and scheduled for deletion within a reasonable administrative period. The original Google Meet video recording is deleted within 14 days after the audio replay has been created and quality-checked, unless temporary retention is reasonably necessary for a technical problem, security matter, payment dispute, legal claim, or legal obligation. Stride Unapologetically™ may exclude, edit, or remove part or all of a session from the replay when reasonably necessary to protect privacy, address a technical issue, remove unlawful or inappropriate content, or comply with law.
12. GROUP PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY EXPECTATIONS Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants. You may not disclose, publish, reproduce, or use another participant's name, story, statements, image, voice, personal information, or contributions outside the program without that participant's express permission. You may not independently record a session or create screenshots, transcripts, notes for distribution, or other reproductions of another participant's contributions. Although we establish privacy expectations, Stride Unapologetically™ cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with them. Use your own judgment about what you choose to share in a group setting.
13. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT You agree not to: • Harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, or abuse another person • Repeatedly disrupt a live session or interfere with another participant's use of the Services • Share another participant's information without permission • Independently record, reproduce, or distribute a session • Share account credentials, private-feed links, replay links, or protected files • Upload program materials, recordings, replays, or participant content to an artificial-intelligence system • Copy, sell, license, teach, facilitate, publish, or create derivative products from protected materials • Solicit participants for unrelated products, services, investments, employment, or organizations without written permission • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity • Engage in fraud, unlawful activity, or payment abuse • Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or technical restrictions • Use the Services in a manner that infringes another person's rights Depending on the severity of the conduct, we may issue a warning, remove you from a session, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate access without refund. Serious violations may result in immediate termination. Termination for misconduct does not cancel remaining payment obligations.
14. NO STANDING COMMUNITY PLATFORM Unless separately announced, Worthy & Worth It™ does not include a standing social-media group or community platform. Participant interaction may occur through live Google Meet sessions, program email, and any limited communication channel designated by Stride Unapologetically™. If a community platform is added later, additional community terms may apply.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP The Services and all associated content are owned by or licensed to Stride Unapologetically™, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contract, and other applicable laws. Protected content includes, without limitation: • Stride Unapologetically™ • WORTH Star™ • Worthy & Worth It™ • Crowdsourcing My Self-Worth Since, Like, Forever • Website copy and design • Audio and video content • Session recordings and replays • Worksheets, exercises, prompts, and practices • Program materials and downloads • Teaching sequences and facilitation structures • Graphics, logos, branding, and trade dress • Proprietary methods, mechanics, and program architecture No ownership rights are transferred to you.
16. LIMITED PERSONAL-USE LICENSE Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all required amounts, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased Services for your individual, personal, noncommercial use during the applicable access period. One purchase provides one individual license. You may not share access with a spouse, family member, friend, colleague, household member, team, organization, or other person. Where downloads are permitted, you may keep downloaded worksheets after the access period for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not: • Copy or reproduce program content except for permitted personal use • Share, sell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or distribute content • Teach, coach, facilitate, train, or provide services using the materials • Create derivative works, products, programs, or content from the materials • Upload content to an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system • Publish content online or through social media • Remove copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or proprietary notices • Use content for commercial, institutional, educational, research, or competitive purposes without written permission Hello Audio content is intended to be stream-only where the platform permits. Any content technically downloaded or cached remains subject to these Terms.
17. ACCOUNT SHARING AND SUSPICIOUS USE You must keep account credentials and private-feed links confidential. We may investigate, limit, or suspend access when usage patterns reasonably suggest account sharing, concurrent unauthorized access, credential compromise, geographic inconsistency, scraping, bulk downloading, or attempts to bypass technical controls. Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe your account or private feed has been compromised.
18. PARTICIPANT SUBMISSIONS You retain ownership of original content you submit, including questions, written responses, feedback, and other materials you create. You grant Stride Unapologetically™ a limited, nonexclusive license to receive, store, reproduce, display, and process your submissions only as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, secure, and improve the Services or comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that your submission does not unlawfully infringe or disclose another person's rights or confidential information. We will not use your submission as a testimonial, advertisement, public story, or promotional content without separate express permission.
19. TESTIMONIALS Any use of your name, image, voice, video, written statement, or experience for testimonial or promotional purposes requires separate written or electronic authorization. A testimonial describes an individual experience and does not guarantee that another participant will have the same experience or result. If you later ask us to stop using an authorized testimonial, we will make reasonable efforts to stop future use. We may not be able to retrieve materials already printed, distributed, published, or contractually committed before receiving the request.
20. RESULTS DISCLAIMER Individual experiences vary. Stride Unapologetically™ does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, relationship, employment, financial, or other outcome. Results depend on your choices, participation, circumstances, and factors outside the Company's control. Testimonials, examples, and participant statements do not promise or guarantee that you will have the same experience or result.
21. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS The Services may use third-party platforms, including GrooveDigital and GroovePages, Hello Audio, Kit, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Meet, and Stripe. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and availability. We do not control third-party platforms and do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. We may replace a platform with a reasonably comparable provider when necessary.
22. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESS RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for maintaining: • Reliable internet access • A compatible device • A current browser or supported application • A functioning email address • Access to Google Meet, Hello Audio, and Google Drive • Current billing and contact information • Appropriate security for your devices and accounts You are responsible for checking spam, junk, and promotional folders and for adding Stride Unapologetically™ email addresses to your approved sender list when necessary. If you experience an access barrier or technical issue, contact [email protected]. We will consider reasonable access assistance based on the nature of the request, available technology, and the Services being provided. We do not guarantee that every device, browser, accessibility tool, or requested accommodation will be compatible with every third-party platform.
23. SERVICE AND PROGRAM CHANGES Stride Unapologetically™ may update, improve, replace, reorganize, or remove nonmaterial portions of the Services, including content, platforms, file formats, session dates, facilitators, and technical features. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical issues, legal compliance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will not intentionally eliminate the material substance of a purchased program without offering a reasonable substitute or remedy. If we materially discontinue a purchased Service and cannot provide a reasonable substitute, we may provide a proportional refund, credit, replacement access, or another reasonable remedy determined in good faith.
24. AVAILABILITY; WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Stride Unapologetically™ disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that: • The Services will be available at all times • Every error or interruption will be corrected immediately • Third-party platforms will remain available • The Services will meet every personal expectation • Any particular result will occur Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stride Unapologetically™, LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated benefits, arising from or related to the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Stride Unapologetically™, LLC for any claim arising from or related to Worthy & Worth It™ will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Stride Unapologetically™ for that program. For a free Service, total aggregate liability will not exceed $100. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if we were advised that damages were possible. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
26. INDEMNIFICATION To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stride Unapologetically™, LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from: • Your unlawful use of the Services • Your unauthorized sharing or distribution of content • Your infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights • Your misuse of another participant's information • Your material breach of these Terms • Content you submit without the necessary rights or permission This obligation applies only to conduct within your reasonable control.
27. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate access when you: • Fail to make required payments • Materially breach these Terms • Misuse or distribute protected content • Share credentials or private-feed links • Engage in serious or repeated misconduct • Threaten the safety or privacy of another person • Engage in fraud or unlawful activity • Create legal, security, or operational risk Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination. Termination does not create a refund or cancel amounts already owed. Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality expectations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.
28. PRIVACY Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Stride Unapologetically™ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains our practices concerning personal information, cookies, service providers, live-session recordings, replays, and privacy requests.
29. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND ACCEPTANCE You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically at the email address you provide. Checking an electronic box, clicking a purchase button after being presented with these Terms, creating an account, or otherwise electronically indicating agreement constitutes your electronic acceptance. You are responsible for retaining a copy of these Terms and keeping your email address current.
30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, business operations, technology, platforms, or Services. The "Last Updated" date identifies the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an existing paid participant will be communicated through email, a program portal, or another reasonable method. We will not retroactively change the material price, refund rights, or fixed payment obligations governing an existing purchase without your agreement, except where required by law. Continued use after notice of a nonmaterial operational change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
31. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION Before filing a lawsuit, the party raising a dispute must send written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Notices to Stride Unapologetically™ must be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Legal Dispute Notice" and mailed to the address listed below. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after receipt of the notice. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking immediate temporary or injunctive relief when necessary to address intellectual-property misuse, unauthorized disclosure, account security, or imminent harm.
32. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. After completion of the informal resolution process, any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Will County, Illinois, or the federal court with jurisdiction over that location. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
33. GENERAL PROVISIONS Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, applicable checkout terms, enrollment acknowledgments, and any additional terms expressly accepted by you constitute the entire agreement concerning the applicable Services. Order of Priority. If terms conflict, the more specific terms presented and accepted for the applicable purchase control over these general Terms. No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without written permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business. Force Majeure. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, utility or internet failures, platform outages, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or other force-majeure events. Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation.
