Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2026
Last Updated: July 24, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Worthy & Worth It™ and any other paid service that expressly incorporates this Policy. Stride Unapologetically™, LLC (“Stride Unapologetically,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital personal-development programming and related live group sessions. Because purchasers may receive access to proprietary digital content shortly after purchase, refund eligibility is limited as described below. This Policy is incorporated into and should be read with our Terms of Service. If a checkout page or written offer includes terms that differ from this Policy, the terms displayed for that specific purchase will control.

1. PURCHASE OPTIONS
Worthy & Worth It™ is offered through the following purchase options: Pay in full: $1,997 Installment-payment plan: Three monthly payments of $727, totaling $2,181 The first installment is charged at the time of purchase. The remaining two installments are automatically charged to the payment method provided according to the monthly payment schedule displayed at checkout. The installment-payment plan is a payment arrangement for one fixed-price program purchase. It is not a month-to-month membership, subscription, or automatically renewing service. There is no automatic renewal at the end of the program-access period.

2. PURCHASE DATE AND TIME
For purposes of this Policy: “Purchase Date and Time” means the date and time the purchaser’s first payment is successfully processed, as reflected in the payment records maintained by Stride Unapologetically™ and its payment processor. The cancellation period and program-access period begin from the Purchase Date and Time. They do not begin when the purchaser first logs in, opens an email, or begins using the program.

3. LIMITED 72-HOUR CANCELLATION RIGHT
A purchaser may request cancellation within 72 hours after the Purchase Date and Time only if the purchaser has not: • Accessed or opened paid program materials; • Accessed protected materials through Google Drive or another designated platform; • Accessed, streamed, or downloaded paid audio content; • Activated or used a private paid-content feed; • Attended any portion of a live group session; or • Otherwise used or received the benefit of paid Worthy & Worth It™ content. The cancellation right ends when the first of the following occurs: 1. The 72-hour period expires; 2. The purchaser accesses or uses paid program content; or 3. The purchaser attends any portion of a live group session. Accessing free content, including Crowdsourcing My Self-Worth Since, Like, Forever, does not by itself end the cancellation right for Worthy & Worth It™.

4. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION
To request cancellation, email: [email protected] Use the subject line: Cancellation Request — Worthy & Worth It™ The request must be received within 72 hours after the Purchase Date and Time. Include: • Your full name; • The email address used for the purchase; • The date of purchase; • Whether you paid in full or selected the installment-payment plan; and • A clear statement that you are requesting cancellation. The timestamp on the email received by Stride Unapologetically™ will determine whether the request was submitted within the 72-hour period. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee eligibility. We may review access, listening, download, attendance, account, and platform records to determine whether paid content was accessed or a live session was attended.

5. APPROVED CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
When a cancellation request is timely and meets all requirements of this Policy: • Program access will be terminated; • Future installment charges will be canceled, when applicable; and • Amounts already paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, account, person, or payment method. We will initiate an approved refund within a reasonable administrative period after confirming eligibility. The time required for the refund to appear depends on Stripe, the payment method, the card issuer, and the purchaser’s financial institution.

6. WHEN THE PURCHASE BECOMES FINAL
The purchase becomes final and nonrefundable when: • The 72-hour cancellation period expires; • The purchaser accesses or uses paid program content; or • The purchaser attends any portion of a live group session, whichever occurs first. After the purchase becomes final: • The full applicable purchase price remains due; • Payments already made are nonrefundable; and • Any remaining installment payments continue according to the agreed payment schedule. A participant may stop participating at any time. Stopping participation does not cancel the purchase, eliminate the outstanding balance, or create a right to a refund.

7. PAYMENT-PLAN OBLIGATIONS
Selecting the installment-payment plan means the purchaser agrees to pay the full installment-plan price of $2,181 through three monthly payments of $727. The payment plan is not a monthly subscription that may be canceled between installments. After the limited cancellation right ends: • All remaining installments remain due; • Withdrawal from the program does not stop future charges; • Failure to use the program does not stop future charges; • Missed live sessions do not stop future charges; and • Loss of interest or changed personal circumstances do not stop future charges. The payment plan ends after the third successful payment and does not automatically renew.

8. NONREFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Except where required by law or expressly provided in this Policy, refunds, credits, and cancellation of remaining installments are not available because of: • Dissatisfaction after paid content has been accessed; • A change of mind after the cancellation right has ended; • Failure to participate; • Failure to complete the program; • Failure to access available content; • Missed live group sessions; • Failure to listen to an available replay; • Personal scheduling conflicts; • Work, family, travel, or other time commitments; • Changed financial circumstances; • Changed personal circumstances; • Disagreement with the personal-development content or approach; • Failure to obtain a particular result; • Failure to maintain a functioning email address; • Failure to check spam, promotional, or other email folders; • Loss of account credentials; • Failure to meet the technical requirements needed to access the Services; • Internet, device, software, or browser problems controlled by the participant; • Temporary interruption of a third-party platform; • Suspension or termination resulting from nonpayment; • Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of the Terms of Service; or • Removal from a live session because of disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or prohibited conduct. Individual experiences vary, and no specific personal, professional, relationship, employment, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.

9. FAILED INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
If an installment payment fails: • Stripe or another payment provider may retry the charge; • The participant will have 10 calendar days to bring the account current; • Program access may be suspended if payment is not successfully completed within that period; • Access may be restored after the account is brought current; and • Suspension does not cancel or reduce the remaining balance. Continued nonpayment may result in termination of program access and further collection efforts where permitted by law. A participant experiencing a payment issue should contact: [email protected] Contacting us does not automatically alter the payment schedule or waive an outstanding obligation. Any approved modification must be confirmed by Stride Unapologetically™ in writing.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, contact: [email protected] We will make a reasonable effort to review and address the concern. Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel the purchase or eliminate an outstanding balance. When a dispute is filed, Stride Unapologetically™ may: • Suspend program access while the dispute is pending; • Provide the payment processor or financial institution with checkout records; • Provide evidence of acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Policy; • Provide access, listening, download, attendance, email, and payment records; • Terminate access following an improper or fraudulent dispute; and • Seek recovery of unpaid amounts, processor fees, collection costs, or other amounts where permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits a purchaser’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

11. LIVE SESSIONS, MISSED SESSIONS, AND REPLAYS
Live group sessions are part of the overall Worthy & Worth It™ program and are not separately priced appointments. No refund, partial refund, credit, or installment reduction is provided because a participant: • Misses a live session; • Joins late; • Leaves early; • Chooses not to participate; • Chooses not to use a camera; • Chooses not to speak; or • Fails to listen to the available replay. Private audio replays are ordinarily available for 60 days after the applicable live session. A replay’s expiration or a participant’s failure to access it during that period does not create a right to a refund or extension.

12. SESSION CHANGES BY STRIDE UNAPOLOGETICALLY™
Stride Unapologetically™ may change a session’s date, time, facilitator, format, or platform when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a live session, we may: • Reschedule the session; • Provide a replacement session; • Provide replacement content; • Extend access to an applicable replay; or • Provide another reasonable substitute. A schedule or platform change does not ordinarily create a right to a refund when a reasonable substitute is provided.

13. MATERIAL DISCONTINUATION BY THE COMPANY
If Stride Unapologetically™ materially discontinues Worthy & Worth It™ and cannot provide the remaining purchased Services or a reasonable substitute, we may provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances. A remedy may include: • Replacement access; • Substitute content or delivery; • A program credit; • A proportional refund for a material undelivered portion; or • Another reasonable resolution. This section does not apply to: • Routine content updates; • Replacement of a service provider; • Changes in file format; • Rescheduled sessions; • Temporary outages; • Maintenance; • Removal of outdated or duplicative materials; • Nonmaterial program changes; or • Suspension or termination caused by the participant’s breach or nonpayment.

14. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
Participants are responsible for maintaining: • Reliable internet access; • A compatible device; • A current browser; • A functioning email address; • Access to Hello Audio, Google Drive, Google Meet, and other designated platforms; • Accurate contact and billing information; and • Secure login credentials. Technical problems originating from a participant’s device, connection, software, email account, or failure to follow access instructions do not ordinarily qualify for a refund. Participants should promptly report access problems to: [email protected] We will make reasonable efforts to address Company-controlled access problems.

15. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Stride Unapologetically™ may, at its sole discretion, provide an extension, credit, payment adjustment, or other accommodation in an exceptional circumstance. Any discretionary accommodation: • Is not guaranteed; • Does not establish a policy or precedent; • Does not require the same result in another situation; • Does not modify this Policy unless confirmed in writing; and • Does not waive any unpaid balance unless expressly stated in writing.

16. NO TRANSFER OR RESALE
A purchase may not be transferred, assigned, resold, gifted after access has been issued, or shared with another person without prior written authorization. One purchase provides one individual license. A participant may not substitute another person for herself to avoid the refund limitations or remaining payment obligations.

17. RELATIONSHIP TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
This Policy is incorporated into the Stride Unapologetically™ Terms of Service. The Terms of Service also govern: • Program access; • Intellectual property; • Account use; • Participant conduct; • Live-session recordings; • Privacy expectations; • Disclaimers; • Liability; • Disputes; and • Other conditions of using the Services. If this Policy conflicts with a specific checkout term that was clearly disclosed and accepted for the purchase, the specific checkout term controls for that purchase.

18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy when our Services, prices, payment options, technology, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision. A material change will not retroactively reduce an existing purchaser’s refund or cancellation rights without the purchaser’s agreement where such agreement is required. The version accepted at checkout generally governs the applicable purchase, subject to later operational changes that do not materially alter the purchaser’s payment or refund rights.
