This Program Scope & Disclaimer applies to the websites, content, programs, private audio feeds, live group sessions, program materials, and related services offered by Stride Unapologetically™, LLC (“Stride Unapologetically,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including: • Stride Unapologetically™ • Worthy & Worth It™ • The WORTH Star™ • Crowdsourcing My Self-Worth Since, Like, Forever • Related personal-development content and services Together, these are referred to as the “Services.” This Disclaimer should be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICES
Stride Unapologetically™ provides personal-development education and practice. Worthy & Worth It™ is an online personal-development program through which the WORTH Star™ system is taught and applied using self-paced content, program materials, and live group sessions. The Services are designed to help participants recognize and respond differently to patterns affecting their choices, communication, limits, responsibilities, and values-aligned action. The Services are educational and personal-development in nature. They are not clinical, diagnostic, medical, legal, financial, or emergency services.

2. WHAT THE SERVICES ARE NOT
Stride Unapologetically™, Worthy & Worth It™, and the WORTH Star™ do not provide: • Therapy • Psychotherapy • Counseling • Trauma treatment or trauma processing • Mental-health diagnosis or treatment • Medical diagnosis or treatment • Psychiatric services • Crisis intervention • Substance-use treatment • Legal advice • Financial, tax, or investment advice • Employment or human-resources advice • Emergency services • Any other licensed clinical or professional service The Services are not a substitute for services provided by a qualified physician, therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, financial professional, or other licensed provider. Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

3. NO DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT
Stride Unapologetically™ does not diagnose, evaluate, treat, cure, prevent, or manage: • Mental-health conditions • Medical conditions • Trauma • Abuse • Addiction • Suicidal thoughts or behavior • Self-harm • Relationship violence • Psychiatric symptoms • Any other clinical condition The Company does not review medical records, prescribe medication, develop treatment plans, or provide clinical assessments. Any references to personal experiences, emotional responses, stress, exhaustion, communication, relationships, values, limits, or behavior are made within the context of personal-development education and are not clinical findings.

4. APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
You are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for you. You should seek support from a qualified professional when your circumstances require medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, safety-related, or other licensed expertise. The WORTH Star™ is not intended to serve as the primary support when abuse, active crisis, or clinical mental-health needs are present. Participation in the Services should not be used to delay, replace, or disregard professional evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Do not stop treatment, medication, counseling, or another professional service based on information provided through Stride Unapologetically™ without consulting the qualified professional responsible for that care.

5. EMERGENCIES AND CRISIS SUPPORT
The Services are not monitored or staffed for emergencies. Do not use: • Website forms • Email • Program platforms • Hello Audio • Google Drive • Live group sessions • Chat features • Social-media messages to request emergency or crisis assistance. If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. People in the United States experiencing a mental-health or substance-use crisis may also call or text 988. Stride Unapologetically™ does not guarantee that messages sent through the Services will be seen or answered within any particular period.

6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND AGENCY
You remain responsible for your own: • Decisions • Actions • Communication • Relationships • Commitments • Limits • Conduct • Health and safety • Professional choices • Financial choices • Legal choices • Use of the Services Information shared through the Services is not a directive telling you what decision to make. You are responsible for considering your own values, circumstances, responsibilities, risks, resources, and available professional guidance before acting. No statement made by Stride Unapologetically™, its founder, facilitator, contractor, guest, or another participant transfers responsibility for your decisions or actions to the Company.

7. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Individual experiences vary. Stride Unapologetically™ does not promise or guarantee: • A particular personal outcome • A change in a relationship • Improved employment or career results • Increased income • Financial gain • Reduced stress • Improved health • Resolution of conflict • A particular emotional response • Permanent elimination of a behavior or pattern • Completion of the program • Any other specific result Results depend on many factors, including a participant’s choices, participation, circumstances, timing, environment, and factors outside the Company’s control. The appearance of a pattern after participation does not necessarily mean the program failed, and participation does not guarantee that a pattern will permanently disappear.

8. TESTIMONIALS AND PARTICIPANT STATEMENTS
Testimonials, reviews, stories, and participant statements describe individual experiences. They are not promises, warranties, or guarantees that another participant will have the same or similar experience. Stride Unapologetically™ will not use a participant’s statement, image, voice, or story for public marketing without separate authorization.

9. LIVE GROUP SESSIONS
Worthy & Worth It™ includes live personal-development group sessions. These sessions are educational and participatory. They are not group therapy, group counseling, treatment groups, clinical support groups, or crisis services. Participants may choose whether to: • Enable a camera • Speak • Use the chat • Ask questions • Share personal experiences Personal disclosure is optional. Participants should not use live sessions to seek clinical assessment, emergency assistance, diagnosis, treatment, or management of a medical or mental-health condition. The facilitator may redirect or stop a discussion that falls outside the program’s scope, poses a safety concern, disrupts the session, or is not appropriate for continued group discussion. The facilitator may recommend that a participant seek another form of support without evaluating, diagnosing, or treating the participant.

10. GROUP PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Stride Unapologetically™ establishes privacy expectations for participants, but a live group session is not a legally privileged or clinically confidential setting. Participants are expected not to: • Share another participant’s identity • Repeat another participant’s personal information • Distribute private session content • Independently record sessions • Share replay links • Publish another participant’s comments • Upload session content to artificial-intelligence tools • Use another participant’s story for personal, professional, promotional, or commercial purposes Stride Unapologetically™ cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with these expectations. You are responsible for deciding what information you are comfortable sharing in a group environment. Do not share information that you require to remain legally privileged, clinically confidential, or completely private.

11. SESSION RECORDINGS AND REPLAYS
Live group sessions may be recorded and converted into private audio replays for authorized participants. A recording may capture: • Display names • Voices • Camera images when enabled • Questions • Comments • Voluntarily shared information Camera use, speaking, chat participation, and personal disclosure are optional. Recording notice and consent are addressed through the Program Agreement, session communications, and notice at the beginning of a recorded session. Private replays are ordinarily available for 60 days after the applicable live session. Participants may not record, copy, distribute, publish, transcribe, share, or upload session recordings or replay content without express written authorization. Additional details concerning recordings, access, retention, and privacy appear in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

12. INFORMATION SHARED BY OTHER PARTICIPANTS
Participants may share opinions, experiences, suggestions, or perspectives during live sessions. Those statements belong to the individual participant and do not necessarily represent: • Stride Unapologetically™ • Elaina Jones • The WORTH Star™ • Worthy & Worth It™ • Company policy • Professional advice Stride Unapologetically™ does not verify every statement made by another participant and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on participant comments.

13. INFORMATION SHARED BY GUESTS OR THIRD PARTIES
The Services may occasionally include a guest, contractor, outside resource, third-party platform, or link to external information. The inclusion of a third party does not mean Stride Unapologetically™ guarantees or adopts every opinion, statement, product, service, or practice associated with that third party. Third parties are responsible for their own services, representations, privacy practices, terms, and professional obligations. You are responsible for independently evaluating third-party information before relying on it.

14. NO PROFESSIONAL OR EMPLOYMENT ADVICE
The Services may discuss choices, communication, responsibilities, workplace situations, relationships, and limits. That discussion is personal-development education. It is not: • Legal advice • Human-resources advice • Employment-law advice • Career-placement advice • Financial advice • Workplace-investigation support • Advice to violate an employer policy • A substitute for consultation with an attorney, human-resources professional, union representative, financial adviser, or other qualified professional You are responsible for considering actual workplace authority, policies, contracts, laws, professional obligations, and consequences before acting.

15. REAL-WORLD STAKES AND SAFETY
The Services do not ask participants to ignore legitimate risks or consequences. Some personal, family, employment, financial, cultural, legal, or safety circumstances require careful adaptation and professional guidance. A participant should not interpret personal-development content as an instruction to: • Confront another person • Disclose information • Leave a relationship • Leave employment • Refuse a legal or contractual obligation • Ignore a safety risk • Disregard another person’s rights • Act without considering foreseeable consequences Where abuse, coercion, retaliation, legal exposure, financial risk, employment risk, or physical danger may be present, seek appropriate qualified assistance before acting.

16. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION AND ACCURACY
Stride Unapologetically™ makes reasonable efforts to provide information that is clear and accurate within the scope of the Services. Personal-development information is not exhaustive and may not address every circumstance. The Company does not guarantee that: • Every item of content will apply to every participant • Every example will match a participant’s circumstances • Every platform will operate without interruption • Every document will remain unchanged • Every third-party resource will remain available • Information outside the Company’s scope will be complete or current The Company may update, clarify, replace, or remove program content as the Services develop.

17. TECHNOLOGY AND PLATFORM LIMITATIONS
The Services rely on third-party technology, which may include: • GroovePages or GrooveDigital • Hello Audio • Kit • Google Workspace • Google Drive • Google Meet • Stripe • Other designated platforms Stride Unapologetically™ does not control every aspect of these platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, availability, or error-free performance. Participants are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, active email address, and the ability to access the required platforms. Technical requirements and outages are governed further by the Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERSONAL USE
The Services contain proprietary and protected intellectual property belonging to Stride Unapologetically™, LLC. This includes the WORTH Star™ system, program content, audio, recordings, written materials, worksheets, prompts, practices, graphics, teaching sequence, facilitation structure, branding, and related materials. Access is provided for the authorized participant’s personal, noncommercial use. Nothing in the Services authorizes a participant to reproduce, teach, facilitate, adapt, publish, sell, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative products from the Company’s content. The Terms of Service contain the complete intellectual-property and license provisions.

19. ADULTS ONLY
The Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. They are not designed for children or minors. By purchasing or participating in a Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to the applicable terms.

20. LIMITATION OF THIS DISCLAIMER
This Disclaimer does not waive any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes obligations imposed on Stride Unapologetically™ by applicable law. The complete contractual provisions governing warranties, liability, indemnification, disputes, payments, access, and intellectual property appear in the Terms of Service.

21. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER
Stride Unapologetically™ may update this Disclaimer when: • Services change • Program-delivery practices change • Platforms change • Legal requirements change • Additional services are introduced • Clarification is reasonably necessary The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
