Stride Unapologetically™, LLC (“Stride Unapologetically,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with our websites and related digital services. Those third parties control their own technologies and privacy practices.

Cookies may be used to: • Operate and secure the Sites; • Maintain website and account functionality; • Remember user preferences; • Process payments; • Prevent fraud and unauthorized access; • Deliver private audio content; • Administer email communications; • Support access to program materials; • Measure email and audio engagement; • Diagnose technical issues; and • Maintain records of cookie choices. We do not currently use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest advertising tags, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, third-party session replay, or affiliate-tracking technology. If we add analytics, advertising, session-replay, affiliate-tracking, or similar nonessential technology later, we will update this Cookie Policy and the cookie-consent settings before or when the technology is activated.

5. COOKIE CATEGORIES
The categories available through our cookie-consent tool may include the following. Strictly Necessary Cookies These cookies are required for the Sites and related services to function. Strictly necessary cookies cannot ordinarily be disabled through the cookie-preference center because the Sites may not function properly without them. If a separate analytics platform is added later, analytics cookies will be described in this Policy and controlled through the cookie-preference center where required. Advertising Cookies Advertising cookies may be used to deliver, measure, or personalize advertising across websites. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising tools. If advertising technology is added later, it will be disclosed and controlled through the cookie-preference center as required.

6. CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
Cookies or similar technologies may be used by the following providers in connection with the services they perform. GrooveDigital and GroovePages GrooveDigital and GroovePages support website pages, forms, infrastructure, and related website functionality. They may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Sites. CookieYes CookieYes provides the cookie notice, preference center, cookie categorization, and records of cookie choices. CookieYes may place a strictly necessary cookie or similar record to remember the choices you make through the cookie banner. Kit, Formerly ConvertKit Kit supports email subscriptions, delivery of requested content, administrative communications, and marketing emails. Kit may use tracking pixels or similar technologies to provide information about email delivery, openings, and link engagement. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link included in the message. Hello Audio Hello Audio delivers private audio feeds, self-paced audio content, and private group-session replays. Hello Audio may use cookies, access tokens, device identifiers, or similar technologies to authenticate listeners, maintain feed access, prevent unauthorized use, and provide listening or engagement information. Google Workspace, Google Drive, and Google Meet Google services support business communications, program materials, file access, and live group sessions. When you access Google Drive, Google Meet, or another Google service, Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy and settings. Stripe Stripe processes payments and supports fraud prevention, transaction administration, refunds, installment payments, and payment disputes. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to process and secure payments and prevent fraudulent activity.

7. COOKIEYES COOKIE NOTICE AND PREFERENCE CENTER
We use CookieYes to provide a cookie notice and preference center. When the cookie notice appears, you may be able to: • Accept all cookies; • Reject nonessential cookies; or • Manage preferences by category. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because they are required for the Sites to function. Your available choices may depend on: • The cookies detected on the relevant Site; • The page or service being used; • Your location; • Your browser; • The CookieYes configuration; and • Applicable legal requirements. You may change or withdraw your cookie preferences through the Cookie Settings control available on the Site.

10. EMAIL TRACKING
Emails sent through Kit may contain tracking pixels or specially formatted links that provide information about whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked. This information may be used to: • Deliver requested content; • Understand email engagement; • Improve communications; • Troubleshoot delivery; • Maintain subscription records; and • Administer marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. Depending on your email provider, you may also be able to block remote images or limit email tracking through your email settings.

11. PRIVATE AUDIO AND PROGRAM ACCESS
Hello Audio and other designated platforms may use cookies, access tokens, private-feed credentials, device information, or similar technologies to: • Authenticate access; • Deliver private audio; • Maintain feed security; • Prevent unauthorized sharing; • Record access or listening activity; • Administer program access; and • Diagnose technical problems. These technologies may be necessary to provide the requested audio or program service.

12. PAYMENT AND FRAUD-PREVENTION TECHNOLOGIES
Stripe and related payment providers may use cookies, device information, or similar technologies to: • Process payments; • Authenticate transactions; • Detect fraud; • Prevent unauthorized use; • Administer installment payments; • Process refunds; and • Resolve payment disputes. These technologies may be strictly necessary to complete and secure a transaction.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND EMBEDDED SERVICES
The Sites may link to or use services operated by third parties. When you interact with a third-party service, that provider may place its own cookies or similar technologies. Stride Unapologetically™ does not control every cookie or technology used by an independently operated third-party service.

14. DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY PREFERENCE SIGNALS
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings or other privacy preference signals. There is no single universally adopted response standard for every browser signal. We do not currently use cross-site behavioral advertising tools. If we later introduce technology subject to a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we will configure the Sites to respond as required and update this Policy.

15. RETENTION OF COOKIE INFORMATION
How long a cookie remains on a device depends on its purpose and configuration. Cookies may be: • Session cookies that expire when the browser is closed; or • Persistent cookies that remain until they expire or are deleted. CookieYes may retain a record of cookie choices for the period established in its configuration. Other service providers retain cookie-related information according to their own settings, terms, and privacy practices. The CookieYes preference center may provide more detailed information about detected cookies, including category, provider, purpose, and duration.

16. UPDATES TO THE COOKIE LIST
The specific cookies operating on a Site may change when: • Website functions change; • Service providers update their technology; • A platform is added or removed; • A cookie expires or is replaced; • Program delivery changes; or • The Site is rescanned.
